Everytime you indulge your story on repeat, a chance to actually CHANGE it loses its wings. Traditional talk therapy indulges, but doesn’t actively transform. Continually voicing your problems might feel like relief in the moment.
Yet in reality, what you’re feeling is just the momentary buzz of feeding your neurological patterning—the very same patterning that has you stuck in the first place.
In Break Online, students learn to stop FEEDING their story and addictions and instead learn how to take swift and direct action to CHANGE them.
The stories you’re stuck in need to be put in their right place: as experiences that have happened to you, but NOT who you are. Talk therapy might make you more miserable, but it won’t take you there.
