This phase includes the creation of your brand architecture and its business ecosystem to ensure proper communication between various areas of your brand. An in depth interview process is used to extract key brand messaging, purpose-driven business strategy and target demographic that align with your brand's mission and purpose. All findings will be entered into a Brand Bible - an operating document to ensure brand messaging cohesion and ROI. The last step of this phase includes 1,3 and 5 year goals, strategy to scale and exit protocols (as necessary) to ensure business success and personal freedom.
